Step into a sacred space of stillness, connection, and gentle transformation with this 2-hour cacao ceremony — a nourishing journey into the heart.

Cacao, often known as a sacred plant medicine of the heart, has been used for centuries in ceremonial settings to support emotional opening, clarity, and deeper connection to self and spirit. In this ceremony, we honour cacao with respect and intention, working with its subtle yet powerful energy to guide us inward.

Together, we will begin by grounding into the body and connecting with Pachamama — the Earth beneath us, inviting a sense of safety, support, and presence. As you mindfully receive the cacao, you will be guided to set a personal intention — focusing on the energy you wish to invite into your life. This may be love, clarity, courage, softness, trust, or something uniquely your own.

Through a gentle, heart-led meditation journey, you will be held in a space where you can soften, listen, and reconnect — allowing the wisdom of your own heart to rise. There will be moments of quiet reflection, inner connection, and space for whatever wishes to unfold naturally.

This is not about doing or achieving.

It is about remembering.

Remembering your connection to the earth.

To your breath.

To your heart.

We close the ceremony by anchoring your intention, allowing you to carry this energy with you beyond the space — into your life, your relationships, and your everyday moments.

This ceremony is open to all.
