Here you’ll find the guidelines for retreats, services, the Emporium, and how I look after your privacy. Take a moment to review them as we walk this path together.
RETREATS

Retreat Overview: These retreats are sacred spaces for deep connection and personal growth, blending travel and transformation. Each experience is individual to you.

Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit secures your place. You’ll receive an invoice within 3 days.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due one 6 - 10 weeks before the retreat. You’ll receive a reminder one week before, followed by another gentle reminder the day before the final payment is due.

Dietary Needs: Please share any dietary needs in the booking form at checkout so we can nourish you fully.

Room & Accommodation: Select your top two room choices on the booking form. If sharing a room, please specify who you are sharing with. While I can’t guarantee specific rooms, I’ll do my best to find the perfect space for you.

Cancellations: Life happens but deposits are non-refundable/transferable. If you need to cancel, let me know as soon as you can. However, in the event of extreme circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you find yourself in such a situation and deposits may be transferred once and can only be used for a new retreat booking within 6 months of the original retreat. If full payment has been made, we won’t be able to issue a refund but can possibly transfer the deposit amount to a new future retreat deposit. If, a deposit can be moved, there will be an admin fee of €85.
- Insurance: We advise taking travel insurance to cover against any need to cancel your retreat.

Force Majeure: In unforeseen events, like a pandemic or natural disaster, I’ll work to reschedule the retreat. Refunds, however, can’t be guaranteed.

Health & Safety: Your well-being is a priority. Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover any unexpected situations.

Liability: By attending, you acknowledge that Chloe Ward Yoga is not responsible for accidents or loss of property during your retreat stay.

Client code of conduct: If a client's actions, behaviours or state of health is causing them or other clients or staff to be unsafe or at risk of harm they may be asked to leave a treatment, workshop, session, retreat and/ or asked to leave or not participate in certain activities of a retreat or workshop. If a client has withheld or not provided accurate current health information, this may also lead to a decision to request the client leaves as per above. Chloe Ward has the final decision on this for the wellbeing and safety of all. In such circumstances, Chloe Ward may contact the clients emergency contact provided on the booking form. No refund or financial compensation will be given if is a client is asked to leave.

SERVICES

Full Payment: Full payment is required when booking online to confirm our time together.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes (within 48 hours), we’ll need to charge for the session, but we can always book a new one that works better for you.

Cancellations: While refunds aren’t possible, I’d be happy to explore rescheduling your session to a later date.

EMPORIUM

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation with delivery details.

Final Sales: Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, I’ll make sure to provide a replacement.

Damaged Items: If your order is damaged, please contact me within 7 days for a replacement.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
