Emotional Release Breathwork Workshop & Meditation
Emotional Release Breathwork is a powerful healing practice that uses conscious breathing to gently guide the body into a deeper state of awareness, allowing stored emotions, tension, and energy to be safely released.
Rooted in both ancient practices and modern somatic healing, this experience supports you in reconnecting with your body, softening the mind, and creating space for clarity, peace, and renewal.
This workshop combines guided breathwork with meditation to support emotional release, inner connection, and deep nervous system reset.
Included
Setting Intention:
We begin by setting a clear, heart-led intention — focusing on what you are ready to release, soften, or invite into your life.
Creating a Safe & Sacred Space:
The space is gently prepared to feel calm, grounding, and supportive. This may include candles, music, and a nurturing environment where you feel safe to fully let go.
Introduction to Breathwork & Emotional Release:
You will be guided through how breathwork works, how emotions are stored in the body, and how to move through your experience safely and intuitively.
Guided Breathwork Journey:
Using a conscious connected breathing technique, you will be led into a deeper state where the body can begin to release held tension, suppressed emotions, and energetic blocks.
Music & Sound Support:
Carefully curated music will support the rhythm of the breath and the emotional journey, helping you move through layers of release and expansion.
Emotional Release & Somatic Awareness:
During the session, emotions may rise — this is a natural and welcome part of the process. You will be gently supported to feel, observe, and release without judgement.
Integration Meditation:
Following the breathwork, you will be guided into a soft meditation to integrate your experience, allowing the body and mind to settle, and new energy to anchor within you.
Rest & Reflection:
Time is given at the end to rest, reflect, and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and grounded presence.
