Your hidden retreat venue,  Šiaurys, is located in the legendary Labanoras Forest (3 ha private territory).

This is a land for the people who love nature and believe in its powers, who want to make a pause in the midst of the pace of the city and feel the silence and healing power of the forest, as well as those who want to devote their time to self-development and inner discoveries.

Let Chloe and Jane be your guiding lights over 5 nights and 6 days of lake and forest healing, as you unlock your potential through the dynamic balance of grounding and flying. Prepare for an unforgettable journey to reconnect to your sacred soul and where every moment is an opportunity for inspiration, self-discovery, and the tranquil magic of our retreat’s setting.

Included:

• 5 nights accomodation and all meals provided by chefs from the Labanoras Forest will prepare home-cooked food from local products every day
• Sacred Morning and evening yoga and meditation practice to awaken and then relax 
• Cocoa Ceremony - Cacao (Theobroma cacao) is translated from the Greek as ‘food of Gods’. Cocoa has been known since ancient times for its various healing properties for the body and soul.  While enjoying this food of the Gods, you will experience the heart-opening ritual of cacao and immerse yourself in meditative self-exploration. And when the inner noise calms down, there is a deep sense of merging with nature and ancestors. Magical rituals, deep meditation and the sounds of live sounds will take you on a sensitive inner journey.
• Ritual Sauna - The ritual sauna therapy will be led by Lukas Gužauskas. This is a four-season experience in a Baltic white bath: 1st round. Winter: The sauna is ‘tamed’ through the sensation of the Earth element - odour by using aromatherapy.  2nd round. Spring: For pealing old skin by using natural scrubs prepared by the sauna master. 3rd round. Summer: Bathing brushwood and hot steam pasodoble to warm the joints. After this round, we’ll invite you to take a swim in the lake Didysai Šiaurys. 4th round. Autumn: also known as Barchart when the skin is gently nourished with a duo of cocoa/coffee and honey.
• Gong Therapy  Together with the Gong Master Raimondas Binkauskas we will lie down and get immersed into the world of sound - relaxing vibrations, deeper than the waves of the eternally restless sea of the mind and emotions. A meditation experience with the sounds of gongs and bowls.
• Hiking in the Labanoras Forest   Andrėjus Gaidamavičius, forester, biologist and geologist, known as Labanoro Vilkas, knows the area like the back of his hand. A guide in the native Labanoras Forest will invite you to get to know the plants, mushrooms and animals typical of the area.
• Pilates, aromatherapy and reflexology workshops with our guest teacher Jane from New Day Pilates
• White smoke sauna house.
• Lounge areas on outdoor terraces.
• Lake areas - wild swims, sunbeds, boats, and pedalboards.
• Hammocks and outdoor library space.
• Sessions and workshops within the hidden forest Tipi, with its own sacred fire pit
