A typical day at the retreat will begin with a soul and body awakening morning yoga practice, followed by a delicious breakfast to nourish both body and soul. Mid-morning, you'll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions through a journalling workshop and Mala making workshop. A healthy and wholesome lunch will recharge your energy for the afternoon's adventures, which might include a wild swim or a meditative nature walk, further deepening your connection to the natural world. As the day draws to a close, you'll savor a nourishing evening meal, followed by soothing meditation and sound healing or yin yoga to bring a sense of tranquility to your being. Throughout the retreat, each practice will be intricately woven to resonate with your inner Wild Goddess energy, igniting your spirit and empowering you to embrace your true self.
