Situated directly on the sea wall overlooking the salt marshes, our location offers unspoiled natural beauty and the perfect spot for a rural coastal retreat. With the great outdoors on your doorstep, you can reconnect with nature while enjoying fresh air, a warm northern welcome, and the ever-changing seasons.

Bring your favourite yoga gear, slippers, layers for evening rituals, a swimsuit for the hot tubs and wild swims, and hiking shoes for our nature walks. You might also want a journal for reflection, and don’t forget your favourite book for lounging by the log fire.

3 nights and 4 days of journeying to your Wild Soul with slow, grounding yin practices, nature walks, and deep meditations. We'll explore the wisdom of Mother Earth, and engage in loving, nurturing practices. Highlights include meditations, a New Moon ceremony, hot and cold tubs, wild swims, and yoga practices to nurture your soul. Each day is an invitation to honour Pachamama and the sacred energies of the Earth.

Prices start from €650, depending on your room choice. To reserve your spot, just pop down a deposit of €300, and the rest will be due 10 weeks before the retreat.
