During your course you will - - Receive 4 level 1 Attunements - Understand Reiki and how to connect and work within its light - Meditations and grounding practice - Time for reflection and journalling - Light refreshments You will be able to offer energy healing to yourself and to friends and family on completion of this course and your 21 day self healing. The course will take around 3 - 4 hours depending on the energy and how many souls join us that day.
